The details
Leads become Bookings in mechanic mode — the words match the workshop.
A finished car without a job number still shows as ready for pickup; a car in the shop without one still shows on the day.

Do I have to create a job for everything?
No. Bookings and cars can move through the day without a job number. Jobs exist for the work that needs one.
Can my techs see the board on their phones?
