Pricing questions
Is it really one price for everything?+
Yes. $49.99 a month per workshop covers every feature — bookings, vehicles, reminders, quotes, invoices, inspections, your workshop page, imports and reporting — with unlimited logins.
How do I pay?+
By bank transfer after your free month, using the reference shown in Settings. Card payment is available where the platform's card checkout is enabled.
What happens if I stop paying?+
Access to the workspace pauses until the account is brought up to date. Your data is kept the whole time — nothing is deleted because a payment is late.
Do SMS reminders cost extra?+
SMS reminders go through a carrier account connected to your workshop. The live preview in Settings shows how many segments each message uses, so you can see the cost before you switch texting on.
Is there a contract?+
No. Month to month, stop whenever you like.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The first month is free with the whole app included. After that it is $49.99 a month for the whole workshop, paid by bank transfer, and you can stop any time.
Can my staff log in?+
Yes — unlimited logins at no extra cost. You choose which accounts can see prices, profit and revenue.
