How it works

Export what you have
Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. Old .xls files: open in Excel and Save As .xlsx.

Upload it
Settings → Import your customers. Up to 5,000 rows per file; bigger lists import in parts.

Check the preview
Columns are matched to name, phone, email, rego, make, model and year. Fix anything odd before committing.

Start reminding
Vehicles with a last-service date are ready for reminders. Search any plate the same afternoon.
The details
Messy spreadsheets are handled: a bold first word no longer truncates 'Smith Automotive' to 'Smith', date cells are read as dates, skipped cells stay skipped.
No third-party spreadsheet parser in the upload path — the reader is built in, for security.
Existing vehicles link to their owners' contacts automatically by phone number and name.
Questions
Will it duplicate people I already have?
Contacts match on phone number first, then name. A vehicle whose owner already exists links to that contact rather than creating a second one.
