How it works

Open the menu once
The standard menu is seeded on first open. Existing workshops click 'Add standard services' to pick up the extras.

Set your prices
Prices are stored ex-GST and shown inc-GST on your public page, so the number you advertise is the number on the invoice.

Chain the intervals
Each service carries an interval in months and kilometres and the name of the next service. Invoice one and the next is scheduled.

Quote from it
Pick a service on a quote or invoice and its description, duration and price fill in. Edit anything on the line.
The details
Duration per service feeds the day's planning.
Usage counters show which services you actually sell, so the menu stays honest.
Services chosen for your public page show there with inc-GST prices and a 'we'll confirm before we start' note.

Are the seeded prices Mech Central's prices?
No — they are starting points. Every workshop edits them to suit its rates and its market.
Can I add my own services?
Yes, any number, with their own intervals and chaining.
